Compiler plugin metadata attached to this type alias, indexed by plugin ID.
Each entry maps a plugin ID (String) to its opaque binary data (ByteArray). Plugins can store arbitrary metadata that gets preserved during serialization.
If duplicate plugin IDs appear in serialized data, the last entry wins.
